Attorney Norm Pattis,  filed a renewed motion on Friday, Oct. 11,  to access Jennifer Farber Dulos’ medical records, saying that Fotis Dulos had come into possession of a medical bill that says she sought treatment on July 7, for "reproductive services," the motion states.

Jennifer Dulos disappeared on Friday, May 24, after dropping off her five children at school in New Canaan. She has not been seen since.

Fotis Dulos and his former lover, Michelle Troconcis, have been arrested twice for tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution after they were seen dumping garbage bags that later were found to have items that contained the blood of Jennifer Dulos.

Both have pleaded not guilty and are free on bail.

Friday's motion marks the third time Pattis has attempted to get the missing mom's medical records. The other motions were denied.

The motion goes on to say that "if Ms. Dulos herself did, as the bill suggests, receive medical services on July 7, 2019, she is obviously alive, if not well."

Pattis also said in the motion that the medical billing information "represents what may be a crack in an artifice of deceit, and is material to the defense of Mr. Dulos."

The motion also suggests that Jennifer Dulos and her family have "orchestrated an apparent disappearance to resolve a contentious divorce and custody proceeding that was not breaking Ms. Dulos' way."

Pattis also filed another motion to have the gag order issued by the court lifted on the grounds that it infringes on his client’s freedom of speech.

During an interview on the WPLR Chaz and AJ show on Wednesday, Oct. 8, Pattis said he believes the order is unfair because the public can only hear one side of the story.

“The warrants get to repeat the state’s theory without letting us inspect the evidence and we can’t respond in kind by floating theories of our owns," Pattis said. "There is something in our view wicked and fundamentally unfair about that."

New Canaan Police and Connecticut State Police are continuing their search for Jennifer Dulos.
